Class Rules & Expectations

WHILST WE WANT EVERYONE TO HAVE THE BEST TIME AT OUR CLASSES, WE WANT TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE SAFE, SO HAVE SOME RULES YOU NEED TO FOLLOW.

Share things with others.

Be helpful.

Use manners.

Be sensible.

Tidy up after yourself.

Be respectful.

Listen to others.

Be kind with your actions and words.

YOU HAVE THREE CHANCES BEFORE WE WILL CALL HOME ABOUT ANY MISBEHAVIOUR OR CONCERNS. OUR BEHAVIOUR SYSTEM IS BELOW:

FIRST WARNING

If you get your first warning, this will just be an acknowledgement that your behaviour was not appropriate.

You will be asked to step outside with a member of staff to discuss the behaviour and why it was inappropriate.

We will then carry on as normal.

SECOND WARNING

If you receive a second warning, you will be asked to take a 10 minute timeout.

This will be supervised by a member of staff and you will have the behaviour monitoring system explained to you.

After your timeout, you will be welcomed back to the group and your behaviour will continue to be monitored.

THIRD WARNING

If you receive your third warning, a member of staff will be ringing your parent/carer and you may be asked to leave the session.

The behaviour that was deemed inappropriate will be explained to you and your parent/carer and will be logged within the company.

We will then discuss any further participation for any other planned sessions.

Behaviours that will not be tolerated:

  • Abusive or offensive language

  • Violence towards staff or attendees

  • Swearing or inappropriate language

  • Negative or derogative comments

  • Aggressive behaviour

  • Continuous dismissal of instruction from adults

If any of the above occur, the attendee may be removed from the class immediately. The behavioural incident will be reviewed by a Director at which point a decision on how to proceed will be agreed.

If you/your son/daughter is removed from the session it is expected that the full session is paid for.
