IN SESSIONS PLEASE:
Follow 1m and 2m social distancing
Attendees to wear a face covering until you are in the correct room.
If walking around the building, face coverings will need to be worn.
If an exemption is provided, please let the directors know.
Hand sanitiser stations are located around the building.
Track and Trace is in place.
Please only attend if you are in the same tier as Peterborough.
You will be contacted by a member of staff if you have been in contact with anyone with symptoms.
If you have ANY Covid-19 symptoms, please do not attend.
Please do not attend a session if:
been in contact with someone with a positive case
live with someone experiencing symptoms
received a positive case yourself
If you have been to a session and are notified of a positive case or anyone with symptoms, then please contact us immediately.
Anyone that is 18+ and staying in the session, will need to have a temperature reading as you enter the building.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Extensive Health and Safety risk assessments have been created to ensure the safety of all our class attendees and staff.
All staff have been DBS checked and have experience working with SEN individuals.
There will be a first aider on-site at all times.
If you have allergies, intolerances or specific requirements, please let us know so that we can make arrangements for this.
No staff are qualified to carry out Personal Care requirements, however, we do have a disabled toilet should you require PC and bring a suitable individual to carry this out. If this is something that you/your young person requires, please contact me in advance and we can discuss this.
Please ensure that you notify us of your disability or learning difficulty prior the attending a class to ensure that your needs are catered to.
